Second Chance Lemonade Stand
My boys were initially having the lemonade stand so they could raise money to sponsor a five year old Indonesian boy living in poverty. The money they raised was intended to the Colorado Springs based organization Compassion International. When they heard about what had happened, they invited us to a hold a Second Chance Lemonade stand on their property, so no permits were required! In just two hours, the boys raised nearly $3000! All to go to the charity, to help kids in extreme poverty from across the world. The community as well as the organization were incredibly kind. People are good!
