Reflecting back on this summer, only God knew what he had in store for us. We thought we were going to have a quiet summer, kick back and relax. When our lemonade stand got shut down and our story went viral, the media attention was unbelievable, including this one. Our story was included on the front page of the Wall Street Journal! The focus was not what happened to us, but what adults were doing about it to help kids across the country. My oldest son, Ben, was the first person to be quoted in the article. The lessons we have all learned, not only from this article, but throughout the summer, are immense. A small group of people can make a difference and create positive change!
